Prices are still going DOWN?!

Does this mean home prices are going to TANK?!?

WHY NOT?

Prices go up and down in predictable patterns every year, generally peaking in the early summer. Back in August, I predicted that prices would drop through the fall, and I was right.

Following this trend, home prices are likely to begin to increase again in early Spring.
