What’s the difference between a Real Estate Agent and a Realtor® ?
A “Realtor®” is a designation that a real estate agent may acquire. It means they belong to the “National Association of Realtors®,” an organization that promotes professional, ethical behavior. Realtors® are held accountable for their actions and may face fines for not doing the best they possibly can for their clients. Every Realtor® is an agent, but not every agent is a Realtor®
Step 2 – Get Pre-Qualified for financing
There can be many reasons why you don’t automatically qualify for a loan. To prevent any hiccups with your ability to get a load, talking with a lender as much as a year before you plan to start shopping for a home is a good plan.
